Tiffany Premo, Practice Coordinator
Tiffany started with West Magnolia Plastic Surgery as front desk receptionist in February 2012 and now serves as Dr. McLaughlin’s Practice Coordinator. Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her daughter and anything outdoors.

Alexa Castellion, Nurse Practioner
Alexa Vincent APRN, FNP-C, has been West Magnolia Plastic Surgery’s Nurse Practitioner since November 2020 and nursing since 2014. Alexa provides our patients with the most excellent patient care from the very beginning of their surgical journey to the very end. Patients get to know Alexa before surgery where she reviews surgical do’s & don’ts in preparation for surgery and again during postoperative follow-up appointments. Not only does Alexa provide patient care but she also coordinates matters related to our onsite surgery center such as ordering supplies, managing surgery team scheduling, etc.

Melissa Nolte-Enos, LVN/ Cosmetic injector
Melissa is an experienced LVN, licensed for 16 years. She assists Dr. McLaughlin with patients on clinic days and in-office procedures. Along with assisting patients, Melissa also performs cosmetic injections for the practice. Her favorite part of her job here at West Magnolia Plastic Surgery is being a part of each patient’s transformation journey. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, her husband, and 2 children.

Amber Lowe, Medical Aesthetician & Laser TECHNICIAN
Amber started with The Retreat Medical Spa in May 2019. The most rewarding part of her job is being able to help people be able to feel comfortable in their own skin, as well as educating them on how to maintain it. Outside of the office, Amber enjoys hunting, fishing, dancing with friends and spending time with her husband and daughter.
